I was born in the enchanting city of Rome, Italy, but I’m of Chinese descent, which has enriched my cultural background in countless ways. From a young age, I embarked on a journey of learning and growth, attending prestigious educational institutions like Marymount and Rome International School, where I cultivated a strong foundation of knowledge and skills.
Later on, I pursued my higher education at Lumsa University in Economics, which I graduated in 2021. My thesis was about Labour laws in China.
My passion for Marketing, on the other hand, stems from my family, which has played a fundamental role in shaping my interest in this field. In particular, my parents have always demonstrated an extraordinary ability to interpret their work in the commercial world, going beyond mere economic transactions and creating authentic connections with customers. Since I was young, I have been fascinated by their way of communicating, understanding people’s needs, and providing targeted and personalized solutions. Their influence has ignited a deep curiosity within me for the world of marketing and its power to connect businesses with their audiences on a deeper level. It is this inspiration that has driven me to explore and pursue a path in Marketing, eager to make my mark in the industry and follow in the footsteps of those who have inspired me.
I’m currently working as an accountant in my family business, which is aimed to manage financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and offering valuable financial advices to chinese enterprises in Italy. Working in this cross-cultural environment has been a rewarding experience, as it allows me to bridge the gap between different business practices and customs from both Italy and China.
My professional journey has been diverse and filled with exciting ventures. At a young age, I worked as a waitress in a restaurant, gaining valuable experience in the hospitality industry. However, my entrepreneurial spirit led me to take a bold step at the age of 18 when I decided to open my own business. I launched an innovative sushi shop right in the heart of Rome, driven by my passion for culinary creativity and a desire to offer something unique to the city’s bustling food scene.
Running my sushi shop was a challenging yet rewarding experience. It taught me valuable lessons in business management, customer service, and the importance of adaptability in a dynamic market. I embraced the responsibilities and thrived in the fast-paced environment, savoring the satisfaction of seeing my vision come to life.
